Cowboys tackle Flozell Adams will not be suspended for his flagrant push in the back of Justin Tuck that nearly started a free-for-all on the sideline as the first half ran out.
Apparently, the NFL hasn't had enough of Adams' shenanigans yet, at least not enough to sit him for a game. He'll likely be fined a major sum, however. Here's the story from the Dallas Morning News.

Let's just wait until he ends a guys career....then we will suspend him a game. Unbeleivable! Does Jerry pull all the strings in the NFL head office???
ReplyDeleteWhere is the justice. Perhaps the next time these teams play Flozell will receive an unfortunate career ending knee injury.
Flozell deserves a good ass kicking and I hope Tuck or one of the others (doubt Osi would do it) gets a chance to do it this season.
ReplyDeleteWhat a joke. It's not like this guy just "plays through the whistle," he plays straight through until the next play. And I can understand if this happened once in a while, but this is every game with this - as Tuck so gloriously said - "dirtbag."
ReplyDeleteAnd you can't even use the excuse that "he's just protecting his quarterback," which was used when Adams decided to start leg whipping people every time he was beat.
This guy's a joke. I can't believe HE got elected to a Pro Bowl.
Reports are saying it cost him 50K. Idiot.
ReplyDeleteI would just like to point out how ridiculous it is that flozell gets 50k for shit like that when ocho cinco gets 30k for a celebration.
ReplyDeleteThis is absurd that a celebration is worth 30k but violentely attacking another player is only 50k with no suspension? Give me a break? When is this guy gonna learn, 50k is nothing to these guys and it obvsiouslly hasnt slowed him down yet.
Are they going to wait until next time he hurts someone before a suspension is handed out?
I apologize for my language in the last post, thought I pulled all the profanity out b4 I posted... :/
