Tom Coughlin was delighted to have all his players back on the practice field for the first time this season. Now, it's a question of how much CB Aaron Ross can participate Sunday.
Coughlin said Ross did "less than half" the snaps. He's still got one more day of practice, however.
"We're just going to watch him practice, let him put a few practices together," Coughlin said. "He probably does less than one-half, but he works good when he's in there."
Coughlin couldn't say with any certainty how much Ross can help at this stage.
"He needs the reps," Coughlin said. "He hasn't practiced. He needs time on the field."
Speaking of time on the field, Coughlin received a present when Ahmad Bradshaw took his first Thursday reps in a while.
"I wasn't surprised. I'm not going to tell you that," Coughlin said. "But I know he was anxious. Hopefully, he'll get a little work tomorrow. But he did some today. That was good."
He said it was also good to have everybody participating. And no, he didn't have to figure out where to fit everybody in on that nice, grass field outside the field house.
"That was a good sign," he said. "We have enough room on the field to accommodate that, yeah."
