Hey Ernie, Beckum has shown some good ability in getting open and making some pretty impressive (leaping) catches. I'm surprised that:
1. We haven't seen MORE of him and LESS of Hixon in the passing attack, particularly in short yardage situations;
2. We haven't really seen him as the "H-back" he was sold to us as. Unless I missed it, I've only really seen him out as a slot receiver and not as TE or out of the backfield like an H-back is usually featured.
Agreed, Madison Hedgecock is useless in the passing game and the Giants should get Beckum on the field more.
