The Sked

So here's what you've all been waiting for: the Giants' 2010 schedule. Keep in mind that the dates and times were cleared through Osi Umenyiora to make sure they'd be convenient for him.

Just kidding.

Here's the sked:

Sept. 12 Carolina, 1 p.m. (Fox)
Sept. 19 at Indianapolis, 8:20 p.m. (NBC)
Sept. 26 Tennessee, 1 p.m. (CBS)
Oct. 3 Chicago, 8:20 p.m. (NBC)
Oct. 10 at Houston, 1 p.m. (Fox)
Oct. 17 Detroit, 1 p.m. (Fox)
Oct. 25 (Mon.) at Dallas, 8:30 p.m. (ESPN)
Oct. 31 Bye
Nov. 7 at Seattle, 4:05 p.m. (Fox)
Nov. 14 Dallas, 4:15 p.m. (Fox)
Nov. 21 at Philadelphia, 8:20 p.m. (NBC)
Nov. 28 Jacksonville, 1 p.m. (CBS)
Dec.5 Washington, 1 p.m. (Fox)
Dec. 12 at Minnesota, 1 p.m. (Fox)
Dec. 19 Philadelphia, 1 p.m. (Fox)
Dec. 26 at Green Bay, 4:15 p.m. (Fox)
Jan. 2 at Washington, 1 p.m. (Fox)

Hey, winter in Green Bay ought to be fun, huh? Bring your Snuggies.

Keep in mind that those last seven games are flex games, meaning times could be changed depending on how the Giants or their opponents are faring in their divisional races.

Also, the Giants open the new Meadowlands Stadium against the Panthers, and Manning brother goes against Manning brother in Week 2. Interesting stuff all over.

Be back later with a fuller recap. Until then, what are your initial impressions?

  3. Not one divisional game until Week 7, so we'll either be in better shape physically to grind out five divisional games in nine weeks in the second half of the season or we'll be out of gas right before the playoffs ( yes we are going to make the playoffs )

  5. Brutual schedule! The schedule makers did NY no favors this year. Ok, one favor - Detroit. But aside from that, it's rough. Ernie - any idea where this ranks in terms of difficulty league wide? I would think it has to be in the top ten.
