Practice

Just got back from the field house. Everybody was practicing except CB Aaron Ross (hamstring), LB Michael Boley (knee), and RB Ahmad Bradshaw (foot and ankle), who were on the bikes. DT Chris Canty (calf) remained inside taking treatment.

Was encouraging to see LB Bryan Kehl taking full work. The bandage on his surgically-repaired left index finger has gotten progressively smaller, and is now just slightly larger than one of those Fred Flintstone band-aids. No more club. He was out on special teams drills wearing a simple glove and nothing else, and should probably be expected to play this week.

Meanwhile, here's a video of Domenik Hixon, who could well be taking over the kickoff and punt return duties from Sinorice Moss this week.

  1. Was Sinorice practicing his fair catch, just in case?

  2. I welcome Hixon back to return kicks and good to see he has dropped in the receiver corps ranks, I'd put him as 4th in the depth chart, he hasn't shown the hands I've seen from the other guys. I had been expecting we'd see more of Boss in the red zone but they haven't seemed to look his way all that much thus far. Will be an interesting test this weekend, the Secondary has played beyond expectations so far and hopefully keep up the good work.

    Nice work Ernie!
