Waiting

Sitting in the press room waiting for Tom Coughlin's press conference, at which time I'll get more info on Kareem McKenzie's groin injury and a number of other things, including any fixes to the safety situation.

And yes, I'll try to get in a question on Clint Sintim, even though I'm convinced the presence of a second-round rookie linebacker in no more than a situational pass rush role would have changed the outcome of the Saints game one iota. Disagree if you wish. All comments welcome.

Oh, and speaking of comments, let's keep'em clean, okay. Had a commenter on the blog just before this one who decided to rip me a new one, which is fine. But let's be mature about it and keep the swearing and dirty language to a minimum. I assume there are some kids reading this thing, and you don't want to contribute to the delinquency of a minor, right? So rip me all you wish, but keep the rhetoric down.

I'm leaving that comment up as an example of what not to do. I will say, however, that for the most part we've had some intelligent discussion here. I thank you for that.

  2. ^ No need to defend Ernie. We all know of his awesomeness. There's one in every crowd....best to ignore.

Can't wait to see Sintim out there. Had a monster preseason and I keep hearing about his pass rushing skills....I really hope he gets out there soon.

  3. I have to agree that Sintim wouldn't have changed the outcome of the game at all. But, it would be nice if they could get him into the pass ruch a few times a game. We need to see what this kid can do.
